21st February, 2010
Welcome everyone to another week of “Bob’s View” and a sorry  wet  start it  is  as my new
blue boots failed to get a run out this week with my game at London Marathon off. Good to
see a lot of other people had a game though.

Another round  of the  Paul Picard Cup saw  Round 2 games with AFC Orpington losing  in
extra time 1-2 to EPR and Vista being shown the door by Kenningwell United 2-5.

Only a couple  of Senior Division games survived the rain as Catford CC went down 2-7 to
FC Bickley and Keyworth nicked the points 3-2 against Eltham Town.

In the Premier Division two games here as well as Leabridge beat Centaurs 4-3 but Prince
of Wales lost 1-3 to Centresports United Reserves.

In the First Division, The Blues beat Lombard Phoenix 8-2 and FOBG won 3-0 against
Otford Colts. Lessa Albion Res lost 3-5 to Valley Valiants Res whilst Paul Birch had a good
win 6-2 over Cudham United.
I have told the “website guru” about the issue at the bottom here.

So to Division Two where Beckenham Imps were crushed 1-7 by Napoli Soccer but Orchard
slumped again 2-3 to EPR Res.  SE Twente wished they had a better game as they lost 0-7
to Bromley Knights.

The Third Division saw more league games as Dartford beat New South 6-1 and Eltham
Town ‘A’ beat Kenningwell United Res 3-1.   Euro United beat Woolwich Arsenal 3-2 but
Horton Kirby  just lost  out to  Sydenham Sports 0-1 – starting to stutter Mark Jordan ??
London City beat Bromley Hill 5-2.

Now in Division Four where Cudham United Res held the sting of FC Wasps at 2-2 and EC
United beat St Germains 3-2. Kingsdale and Freelands could not be separated at 4-4 whilst
Swanley Cardinals lost again, this time to “Sunshine” Mark Freeman’s VS Bexley, 2-3.

Finally the Fifth Division and Eagles United fail to soar above it all as they lost 3-5 to Keston
Phonenix who seem to be putting a run together. North Kent Rangers came desperately
close again this week but still managed to lose again this time to Fairfield Res 0-1.
Orpington Rovers beat Bromley Eagles 3-2 but Paul Birch Res lots 0-3 to Cudham United
‘A’. Finally, Starks Park Rovers were thrashed 2-7 by Lullingstone.
